Uses minted silver bars that have been soldered together with silver solder (a contaminant) or with nuts and bolts and typically use alligator clips to connect the silver to DC power. If the alligator clips and nuts and bolts are stainless steel, they will give off Hexavalent Chromium, a known carcinogen during the electrolysis process.

Typically use distilled water or filtered tap water. Distilled water does not remove harmful chemicals such as fluorides and chlorine. There are also a few companies that claim to De-Ionize their water. They do not specify whether it is a positive, negative or both positive and negative de-ionizing process.

Typically use a tub, pot, vat or bowl as the vessel in open atmosphere and they hang the electrodes over the sides. DC current is applied to the electrodes. The sacrificial or positive electrode is stripped of silver and displaced to the cathode or negative electrode. Over time, the electrodes become fouled and must be cleaned. We utilize custom formed electrodes manufactured for us by a renowned precious metal smelter. Instead of using flat plates or silver bars, they are formed in a circular manner where an electrode resides within an electrode. This greatly increases the surface area by an order of magnitude, allowing us produce product much more rapidly.

We use high quality tap water that has been processed at the Norrish Creek Membrane Filtration Plant. The water then goes to a commercial sediment backwash that removes 99% of sediment, metals and chlorine. Next, it flows into a secondary backwash that removes the remaining chemicals, metals and chlorine. Clean water then travels to a commercial Reverse Osmosis array that is guaranteed to removes all of the solutes and organic matter in the water. Then it travels to a carbon trap ( small horizontal cylinder above RO) to polish and create neutral PH.

Purified water is then transferred into an environmentally isolated holding tank. This water is then pumped into a silica free dual bed 10stage De-Ionizer that removes both Anions (positively charged minerals) and Cations (Negatively charged chlorates and sulphates). The de-ionized water is returned into another environmentally isolated holding tank to which we immediately connect the Colloidal Silver Generator to. The product is filtered 32 times prior to bottling and is environmentally isolated until the moment of filling which is done in a positively vented clean room.

Electrodes are enclosed in pressurized, water tight canisters and de-ionized water is pumped under 60 psi pressure over the electrodes at a substantial flow rate. The canisters are connected in an adjustable series / parallel configuration. Microprocessors control the electronics that provide matched power and constant current density to the electrodes according to electrode area, electrode spacing and water flow rate over the electrodes. The microprocessors also provide High Voltage bursts of power for a specific period before polarity is electronically alternated for another period. This insures that anions and cations do not reform as elements or oxides on their respective electrodes.. in effect, they are self cleaning.
